These are the principles that govern how we work. They are not marketing copy. They are the standards we hold ourselves to and the basis on which we ask clients to evaluate us.
Measure first, promise nothing.
We run a citation audit before making any claim about what we can achieve. What we find determines what we commit to. We do not reverse-engineer projections from what a client wants to hear.
Report what is actually happening.
Our monthly reports show the same measurement methodology every month. If citations are up, clients see it. If they are flat or down, clients see that too, with our diagnosis of why. We do not build reporting dashboards designed to look good by measuring things that are easy to move.
No tactics that create short-term gains and long-term damage.
AI systems and search algorithms are increasingly effective at identifying manipulation. We do not use tactics like link schemes, entity stuffing, fake reviews, or AI-generated content without editorial oversight: tactics that create short-term visibility improvements at the cost of long-term authority. The brands we build are meant to compound.
Honest scope management.
We decline work we cannot do well. If a client's needs fall outside our capability or their budget does not support the work required to produce real results, we say so directly. A client who leaves because we were honest about scope is better for our reputation than a client who leaves because we overpromised.
Specificity over generality.
Every recommendation we make is specific to the client's category, competitive set and current position. We do not apply generic frameworks and call them strategy.
